Questions people ask before switching
- Will my folder names be lost?
- No. Each folder or section becomes a tag on the documents inside it, and every imported document carries an “Imported from …” note. You can filter by those tags at any time.
- What if the AI files something in the wrong place?
- You see a preview by folder before the import starts and can pin a category per folder. Afterwards, any single document can be re-filed with one click — the AI's guess is kept alongside.
- How big can the export be?
- Up to 2 GB and 2,000 files per import; files are uploaded in small pieces so slow connections are fine. Individual files over 25 MB are listed as skipped.
- Is the free plan enough?
- The preview is always free. Filing beyond the 25-document free allowance asks you to upgrade to Plus or Family first; nothing is imported half-way without telling you.
- Do you keep my old app's export?
- The staged files are deleted from our servers as soon as the import finishes or is cancelled. Only the filed documents remain — encrypted at rest.
