For advisors

The estate plan you drafted, kept alive between meetings.

Clients leave your office with a plan and a folder. Two years later the beneficiaries are stale and the POA is in a drawer nobody can find. HearthVault gives every client household a branded vault that files their papers with AI, scores their readiness, and tells you both what changed.

One vault per client household

Create a client vault in a minute; the family gets a branded invite, sets their own PIN and owns the vault. You get read-only access they can switch off any time — every view is logged.

Your firm on the front door

Firm name, accent colour, logo and website on the lock screen, navbar, emails and the Executor PDF. 'Powered by HearthVault' stays small.

Readiness score & meeting agenda

A weighted score across the estate library, plan, beneficiaries, renewals and coverage — with the gaps, a ready-made agenda and one-tap tasks pushed to the client's checklist.

Monthly progress digest

Per-client score changes, new and closed gaps and who hasn't joined yet, in one email at the start of the month.

Attorney review requests

Clients send you a code-protected review link: missing documents, unsigned drafts and builder PDFs, bundled.

Separation by design

Each household lives in its own database. Unlock tokens are bound to the household; your session cannot cross into another client's vault.

Questions advisors ask

How is the advisor plan priced?
Advisor is $49 per month or $490 per year and includes 10 client vaults. Additional vaults are $4 per month each. The first client vault is free while you evaluate.
Who owns the client's data?
The client. They hold the owner PIN, can revoke your access with one switch, export an encrypted backup at any time, or erase the vault.
Can clients on my plan upgrade features themselves?
Client vaults you create are on the Family tier under your plan; billing stays with the firm, so clients never see a paywall.
Do you support law firms, financial planners and insurance agencies?
Yes — the portal is the same; the readiness report emphasises estate documents for attorneys, beneficiaries and accounts for planners, and coverage for insurance professionals.
